What is a Single Core XLPE cable?

Single Core XLPE cable is made of a single piece of metal conductors. The conductor is made of copper or aluminum. The copper and aluminum areas covered with cross-linked polyurethane insulation (XLPE).
The XLPE insulation is produced from polyethylene under high pressure with organic peroxide additives. The application of heat and pressure is used to effect cross-linking across-linking.

Chapter 2: How is Single Core XLPE cable manufactured?

Chapter 3: What is the structural design of Single Core XLPE Cable?
